Who we are

Vela is a managed AI workforce service operated by Ricardo Barra. Our website is located at vela.agency. Questions about this policy can be sent to ricardobarraofficial@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you submit the AI Workforce Audit request form on our homepage, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your work email address
• Your biggest time sink (selected from a list)
• Current CRM and tools you use (optional)

If you book a call directly through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and any information you provide during the scheduling flow. See Calendly's own privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies on this website. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained briefly for security purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit exclusively to:

• Respond to your audit request and schedule a call
• Prepare a relevant recommendation based on your business context
• Follow up if we don't connect on the first attempt

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited bulk email.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services in connection with our site:

• Calendly: used for booking the AI Workforce Audit call. Their privacy policy governs data submitted through their scheduling interface.
• Lead webhook (optional): form submissions may be forwarded to an internal endpoint for lead capture before routing to Calendly. This data stays within Vela's systems and is not shared with unrelated third parties.
• Google Fonts: loaded via Google's CDN. Google may log font requests. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Data retention

Audit request submissions are retained for up to 24 months for the purpose of supporting any ongoing or future engagement. If no engagement follows within that period, the data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email us at ricardobarraofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies. Calendly may set cookies if you interact with their booking widget. You can disable third-party cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse this site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
